Father & Son moving company in Jacksonville, Florida sent three men who spent a lot of time eating. They dragged their feet all day.
My grandfather is 89 and my sister is his caregiver. She is not the kind to come down hard on workers. She was intimidated by the movers. Her (my grandfather's) bill for a one day move was over $800.
The movers were rude and they damaged furniture. They also refused to finish the job and my sister had to call their manager, twice. They stole some VCR tapes and ate a lot of their food.
The family contacted management and just got rudely set aside and told to make a written complaint. My grandfather's social worker then called and was told the same thing. We filed the complaint but was never reimbursed for anything but for a huge dent on the washer. Stay away from this company. If they will rip off an 88 year old man they will rob you as well.
