I have purchased flowers for Valentines day, to be delivered to Toronto, the told me that they were refused by the recipient. I confirmed that was untrue. They decided to give me a credit for half of what I spent, but when I tried to use the credit, I found out that their phone is out of service! Total Fraud. Who will protect the consumers?
