I ordered a basket on December 9 for delivery on Dec 21. When it hadn't arrived by Dec 20, I called Urban Florist and she told me there was a computer "glitch", but that it would for sure be delivered in time for Christmas. The basket was delivered on December 30, ten days later than it should have, and esp.
Considering I gave them a lot of time to get it done. They did NOT respond to emails and getting through on the phone is impossible. I would NOT use Urban Florist again and certainly wouldn't recommend them. They also have an UNSATISFACTORY report with the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.com).
