I ordered flowers from Urban florist for my wife on Valentines day around 12 noon on valentines day. The flowers were suppose to be delivered same day delivery. The flowers cost around 100.00 dollars and did not show up till Feburary 16. I have tried to write them emails and have tried to call them but have not gotten any kind of response. I have sat on hold for over an hour twice trying to reach someone but they are not reachable.
