I ordered flowers for a wedding anniversary late on 6/2 to be delivered on 6/3. I received two emails from Urban Florists. The first confirmed they had received my order request. I received the second email early on 6/3 stating that my order had been placed with the florist for the flowers to be delivered on 6/3. I have not heard from Urban Florists since then.
The flowers have never been delivered although my credit card was charged for the full amount on 6/5. I tried to call the company on 6/4 and received no answer. I sent an email to customer service on 6/4 and have received no answer. During the past week I have repeatedly tried to reach someone by telephone and have never reached anyone. I sent another email on 6/12.
I have ordered off the Internet for years and this is the first time I have ever been ripped off. Do not waste your time or money with the company. There are too many legitimate companies trying to make a living to waste time with these guys!
