I received my phone bill this month with 16.30 of extra charges that I didnt know about, when I called the phone company they had no clue either. So I asked them to reverse the charges and place a block on my line so this cant happen anymore. The only thing is now I am getting late night phone calls about this Privacy Plus Voicemail (that I never ordered). I wrote to the companies customer service and told them they had better not charge my phone anymore and if I receive a bill from them at all it surly wont be paid.
