I just received my December Verizon bill and found under Miscellaneous Charges a charge for 11/23 ans one for 12/01 described as PRIVACY PLUSVM MTHFE in the amount of 14.95 a piece. The bill states Billed on Behalf of Roctel. On the top of the page it says Enhanced Services Billing Inc. It says visit us online at http://www.billview.com/esbi When I tried to go to that site I was directed to usacomplaints.com.Com.
