I again contacted my phone carrier (AT&T) regarding these unathorized charges after I finally got in touch by email with this company (ESBI) who REFUSES!!! To credit these charges. AT&T did a manual credit of these charges and charged it back to ESBI. The phone company also put a block on my phone number and acct. So that no other companies can put charges thru without written consent from us. According to the rep. At AT&T, they deal with hundreds of thousands of these kinds of ripoffs. Once they get an authorization from a company to bill us for these misc. Services, the phone company pays it and charges us assuming we did authorize it. Most of us just pay the bill when it comes, unless the amount varies alot from the previous months, thats how they get away with it for sooo long.
If you have these charges, the phone company will credit the amount if you have not received a satisfactory response from the charging company..
