Recieved a charge on phone bill from ESBI for 16.92 for NATIONWIDE VOICEMAIL which I never ordered or asked for, called at&t to have this removed, was informed they can't remove it, I have to pay it then get reimbursed from ESBI (Enhanced ervices Billing Inc). Tried to call this company and keep getting a voice message to leave a message, still no return call and at&t wont help me. Sad to think a large phone company that has 3 accounts from me alone can't do anything about this Futhermore if I have this voicemail why can't I access it?
