ESBI (AKA) Enhanced Services Billing Inc, placed unauthorized monthly charges on my phone bill. They put Privacy Plus Voicemail on my phonebill. There is no such thing as Privacy Plus Voicemail as far as I know, since I never ordered it. My phone is no different than before. I am on Universal Life Line because I am disabled and have a fixed income. I pay my phone bill online, and with these extra fraudulant charges I don't know what to do. AT&T has recently switched from SBC, and customer service told me to contact ESBI, before they could remove the charges. But every time I call the number for ESBI there is just a ton of authmated questions and I can't get through. When I looked up Privacy Plus Voice messages on the internet search engine all I got was an application for a free gift card and no other info or a way to reach them. This is a terrible fraud and a scam. I'm hoping AT&T will drop the fraudulent charges.
