I am reporting a rip off at the u haul storage site on blanding blvd jacksonville fl. I have repeatedly called and emailed all information they wanted and I have had not received any correspondance from them as to where my storage contents are. Each time I call the storage area on blanding they tell me they do not know where my things are and I get the same story that they are the new manageers and do not know anything about my problem. They do not even try to help me. This is a real rip off.
