Dealing with the PODS folks was a delight. The process was a breeze from start to finish. The billing was fair and correct (the operator even helped me get a better deal than I had requested). The storage unit was delivered and picked up on time by helpful, friendly drivers. I received email AND phone confirmations about delivery and pickup. We needed a storage unit so we could easily clean out our two-car garage. We've rented storage lockers before. The bliss of not having to haul our stuff off-site was priceless.
