The on-line offer said that all you pay was $4.95 shipping and handling. It did not say anything about being charged over $200 for four more bottles. I had called Metabofuel on March 27th and tried to cancel and they would charge me only the price for one bottle. They told me that they could not because they had already sent me the four bottles. Well, over two weeks went by and I had still not received anything. I tried calling Metabofuel several times but the number had been changed. I eventually found the 800 number and all I got was the operator who said a representative will contact me. I had enough. I went to my bank and filed dispute forms for both charges, one for $106.82 and the other for $99.99. I tried calling Metabofuel again on April 17th just to see if I could talk to anyone about this situation and this time I got ahold of one of their representatives by the name of Jay. He could not give me a date on when the package was sent but he would make sure that I received the package. I explained to him that I tried cancelling but I could not because it was already shipped. Well, I finally received the package and lo and behold the postmark date was not the 27th. They sent out the package on April 10th nearly two weeks after they had said it was shipped. This company has been nothing but dishonest and a ripoff.
