I ordered a bottle of the "free" metabofuel and agreeded to pay the $4.97 S&H fee. I read the terms and conditions carefully and did not agree to purchase or receive any more bottles. Two weeks after receiving the "free" bottle I received 4 more at a charge of $207.00. I sent the bottles back and called the company. They informed me I could not recieve a refund and they would not accept the bottles back.
I received an e-mail claiming they would only charge me $59.99 for the "free" bottle if I would not dispute the charges with my credit card company. I did not respond to their e-mail and am in the process of disputing the charges. Also charged to my credit card was a $19.99 from FITCLUB who I have no idea where they came from. When I called their 800 number they said their companys name was used by mistake by metabofuel. I called the number they give and cannot get a person on the phone, only a voice message that doesn't give me information. I am also diputing this charge as at is reacurring monthly on my bill.
