I was emailed a link to the Metabofuel site asking if I wanted a free bottle of their Ephedra, called Metabofuel. I, like millions of people in the World, loved the idea of trying a sample of a product that might give me a chance to lose some unwanted weight.
I was charged $4.95 for shipping and handling.in about a couple of weeks a charge of $99.99 showed up on my acct. I called the bank and they said that I needed to contact this merchant at 1-800 or it has changed recently to 1- 800- to cancel this service and request that a credit be issued back to your account.
In a panic, I called Metabofuel and all they could keep saying was, basically, read the fine print. There was nothing they could do! They said that they would document my call and report it to a manager. Trying to be optomistic I called back as soon as the amount went through and of course there was nothing they could do.
To make a long story short, I am out $199.98 and 4 bottles of product still in the package. I do not trust this product due to the treatment I have been receiving. I have still yet to speak to a manager. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! WHAT DO I DO???
