I was advised that I could order a free sample and pay for shipping and handling only for $4.95.
There was nothing noted on the website to concerning that after you pay the shipping and handling that you would be charged $207.85.
I did not notice this until my account had been debited for this amount and that I received four more bottles in the mail.
I immediately called Metabofuel and spoke with an agent who advised ne that I could return the bottles and they would refund 194.56 back to my account and that I would be charged the full price of the bottle since I did not want to continue with the program.
I sent the four bottles back UPS Overnight and they were received on 06/08/06. I called Metabofuel and was advised that once it showed received in the warehouse a refund would be issued within 14 business days which would have been on 06/28/06 to date I still have not received a refund.
I have tried calling them after the 28th and was advised that the refund had been processed and that it could take more than the 14 business days and to be patient.
I tried calling them back and now I cannot get through to no one. I also sent an email to the address that they left on the recording and no one has responded.
