I'm a newly licensed realtor in san jose, ca.; and about two months ago i bought 25 'buyer leads' for $524.98 from realtytracker.com, i was to be notified of buyer leads through email notifications and text messages. After three weeks of not receiving any buyer leads i called realty tracker and spoke with cary greene who told me that if i wanted to receive any buyer leads i had to sign a one year contract at $500 a month; after a lengthy discussion of me explaing that all i wanted was the 25 buyer leads i had paid for and not wanting to go on a years contract, it ended with cary greene insisting that the only way to get any 'buyer leads' was to sign a contract.in short, i was getting nowhere with cary greene so i decided to send an email to the c.E.O. Of realty tracker, sean whitely explaining my problem; his reply was the same answer as cary greene. It's been two months since i've paid for the 25 buyer leads and i still haven't received any leads. I'd like to know what kind of recourse i have and how can i resolve this problem. I appreciate your help and response.
