I was guaranteed buyer and seller leads for Real Estate. They promised 20 per month for 3 months for $450 and at least one viable lead or my money back. I got it in writing. I had nothing to lose so I charged $450.
I received bogus leads, already listed homes leads, duplicate leads... None of which were even close to viable. I gave it 5 months.in total, I received 40 bad leads. I requested my money back and they told me I had to submit a full report on each individual lead which I did. They did not respond to me again. Their phone has been disconnected, their website is still active and they do not respond to email.
Pantera Group or Pantera leads is a scam, designed to get money from hungry Real Estate agents. If you get a call from them, hang up!
