On jan. 16 I purchased a 32" JVC/LCD tv which was defective. Icalled the store and was given the number for their service department, the earliest they could come out was march 9th. On the 8th of march they called and cancelled because the part they needed had not come in.

I waited several weeks and called again and was told that the part was due in march 23 and they scheduled march 30 for the installation. On march 29 they called and again cancelled due to the part not arriving, also they could not tell me when the part would be in.

I called the store and talked to the manager and she said she would find out what the problem was and call me the following day, which she did not do. The store manager and HH gregg has ignored my numerous phone calls and emails.

I have had this tv for almost 3 months and have not been able to watch it, I doubt that HH Gregg would wait that long for my payment.
