Bait and switch and Snotty Customer Service ripoff

I made a purchase from sugarcraft for items to complete a wedding cake. I compared prices from several site but sugarcraft had the best price on the cutters I needed. So I bought from them; to the toon of 120.00 plus 28.31 for express shipping.

I recieved my order but the Rubrum Lily cutter and veiner set I only recieved the veiner. I call the customer service number and was told that she really could not help me. I asked her what I should do since I needed the cutter to make sugar flowers for the cake. "Maybe you should prepare a little sooner". I say I did prepare soon enough that why I paid 28.31 for express shipping. Needless to say no help.

Next I email customer service. I ask for a credit since I didn't get the cutters. I was told to return the veiner and they would take that off the shipping weight. I didn't understand that at all since I didn't want to return the veiners I just wanted a credit for the cutters.

Email#2: I inform them that I did not want to return the veiner and If they could not give me a credit for the missing pieces to just send them to me by express mail (which I already paid for) at know additional cost to me. They responded "Actually when viewiing at our site the item is listed and shown with only the viener picture. We assumed you knew what you were getting."

3rd email: I sent them a copy of my order which clearly shows it as set. It was advertised on the web site as a set. It was in my shopping cart as a set. This is directly from my reciept:

I know it says prices are subject to change without notice but I didn't know merchandise was also subject to change without notice too!

I have to say customer service at this place is non-exsistent. If the web advertisment was wrong they could have offer to at least express ship the cutters for only the cost of the cutters. Don't expect any kind of apology because it's not their fault it yours!
