I had ordered the ultra pm pills for the cost of the shipping of $4.95. What I didn't know was that their was a website called ultralifefitness.com until I recalled the company and told them I saw a charge on my credit card statement and wanted my money put back in my account. The women I spoke too told me that she couldn't take the charge off my credit card account. She gave me a user name and password for me to log on to cancel it. I originally call this company after I ordered these pills and told them to take me off this list, and she agreed. But I still was charged. I am very unhappy about this, and something needs to be done.
