I contacted Ultralife after two weeks of taking product to cancel the product. I expressed my disapointment and told them to take me off their mailing list, two weeks later there was an unauthorised charge on my bank statement.
I contacted Ultralife and asked what the charge was for and why I had not been told about this charge. I asked for them to reverse it because I had canceled prior to the trial period ending. I was told that it was from a different dept and they could not help me with this problem. I asked for a phone number and was told that this dept was online only and I had to contact them via email.
To date they are still deducting from my acct after canceling product.
How are they able to charge you for something you have not authorised?
