The offer is for a pay-shipping-only bottle of weight-loss supplement. I was signed up for the "FREE" item by a well-meaning friend in July, and have not been able to stop paying for it yet (as of December 6).
The reality is auto-shipment and AUTO-CHARGING for more supplements each month, plus charges for online services, DVD's, and other pills.
They have continued to ship me these useless pills after five months of attempting to reach the company and well over a hundred dollars in charges.
If you've made the mistake of letting them get you too, GET OUT! Once you find their phone number (1-800-757-1279) and stay on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes, they'll give a cancellation number for the auto-ship program. MAKE SURE you then go online (ultralifefitness.com) and cancel all your online features. Then, just in case of various "errors", inform your credit card company or bank to refuse any and all future charges from UltraLife.
This company absolutely, under NO conditions, ever issues refunds, and nothing is ever their fault, since technically it's all in the pages of fine print, so just don't let them charge you in the first place. I wish I hadn't.
