I ordered from this company, on the advice of my sister.
Before I ordered the "FREE" Ultra life P. M, I looked over the site, read the Terms and conditions and was convinced there was no obligation to purchase anything further.
My sister called me a few weeks later and told me to check my bank statement because she had been charged $44.90 and $24.00 from them. Sure enough, I had been too.
I emailed their customer service department, never heard back from them. Called repeatedly and got voice messages saying i could not leave a message because their mail box was full.
When I finnally got through to a real person, he was rude and argued with me that I could not get my money refunded. He told me that I should have read the terms and conditions, I told him that i did, and he said that I was emailed 2 emails that gave me the opportunity to cancel. I never recieved any thing from them.
I turned in a complaint to the Better business bureau.
