Pegasus mistreated and is trying to rip me off MA

I am filling this report for a family member who is at his witts end. We purchased a
Direct TV system for our lake house located on a local lake. We also purchased a
second receiver so my son could watch cartoons in another room. This was three
years ago and our bill always came from Golden Sky in Kansas City. Recently our
bill started coming from Pegasus.

We were happy with the service for all this time until Pegasus took over the account.

Last month when I called to have the service activated at the lake house Pegasus
refused to turn on the second receiver because we do not have a telephone at the
lake.in January I called and the customer service rep activated the second receiver
with no problem. But this march they refused. The customer service rep was sorry
but said there was nothing she could do, ITS COMPANY POLICY, so I asked for her
super and got the same answer except he offered to activate the second receiver for
another full monthly fee. This system was purchased and activated for three yrs and
now Im told my agreement states that a telephone line is required for a second receiver. I called the next Mon. And talked to a super named Crystal who was totaly
rude and refused to help or give me anybody else I could contact.

Direct TV should make thier providers be fair or refund My MONEY.
