Pegasus Satilite - Direct T.V
Pegasus Satilite T.V. Company knows that Direct T.V. Scamming there client base in Cape Coral Florida

I had been a customer of Pegasus Satilite T.V. For a couple of years. About three months ago I began getting notices on my t.V. Saying that pegasus would no longer be my satilite provider and my account would be transfered to Direct T.V. Because this was sent through my Satilite to my tv I had no reason to question the transfer.

Two weeks later I received a document requesting my signature to finalize the transfer. I did and sent it back. A few days later I called Direct tv with a tech problem they informed me the transfer had not yet taken place and told me to call Pegasus. I was never told this transfer was not done by pegasus.

On 7-28 I received a bill from pegasus saying I was in breach of contract for cancling my account and going to Direct tv. I called Pegasus and explained to them the notices I was receiving on the tv. Their explanation was both companies share the same soft ware.

I was told By the supervisor I should have known better and in fact Direct tv was stealing their customers. I asked if they knew this why didn't they notify the customers. I had no reason to leave their service.

I have contacted the attorney general, fcc. All to no avail!
