I think Direct TV has the worst customer service ever. On top of bad service the products are inferior to others. They gave me a new receiver after my old one was defective. They wanted to charge me for the receiver because the agent forgot to look at my bill to see that i have the protection plan. Then i get the new receiver on a Saturday at 8am in the morning. Oh did i mention i was out of town when he arrived. He called me and asked what he should do, i told him to sit and wait for me i will be back in 10 days. Idiot. Now it has been 2 weeks or so since i got my new receiver, now i am missing channels. They are on the receiver in my room and my friends have the channels on there DTV. There answer after i trouble shoot this, is it is the local channels problem. Ha... What a joke. They want a service tech to come out and look at it. Wrong. When i asked them if the current receiver i have is defective, they said none of there equipment is defective. Ha... What a Joke. Direct TV is the worst company ever!!!
