Hello My name is Heather and I was offered by sprint to upgrade my phone and also get a refund back for my old phone recyle what ever they call it. I sent my phone out back in December and still nothing from them. I have called them and they just put me on hold or say you have the wrong department. Also they let me upgrade to the most bad phone on market. I called radio shack and they said they couldn't do anything and to call sprint. I am so sick of them please help me
