I am a custumer with SPRINT NEXTEL for nearly 5 years. I pay for unlimeted minutes plan but i have many issues with the phone. Every time i call they have a different excuse. It came to a point that they want me to pretty much pay to resolve my problem and even so, i doubt that it would get resolved.
