Beware Verizon International Rates. I have the $39.99 all you can use domestic plan but made one call to Toronto last month which was 23 minutes long. That call cost me $23.00. When I called customer service, they told me I didn't have an international plan which was $4.00/month. I would have appreciated knowing about these outrageoue rates ahead of time but for all the calls Verizon makes to ask me if I satisfied, no one ever told me about this ripoff. When I asked why I wasn't informed of this, the service rep said they didn't know I was going to make long distance calls to Canada!!! This is the only one I've made to date. BTW, my old carrier charged me 15 cents/minute to Canada with no plan. So beware, don't make any international calls with Verizon. Try Skype.
