The Hiatts customer service has been going downhill as they have gotten larger. I have had growing issues about defective disks, broken cases, and one understandable missed premium for years. But the anvil that broke my back was there failure to replace 3 defective dvds after agreeing to replace the dvds not once but twice.
The two requests were made over more than 6 months of emails. My final email gave them another month to get there act together before I took consumer action such as filing this report. The Hiatts haven't replied to that email even now almost two months later.
