Ripoff floral non-delivery, poor customer service refused to refund

I sent the following e-mail to Teleflora after my experience in ordering flowers to be delivered to my daughter on Valentine's Day:

I want you to know I am furious. This delivery was not made on time. It was made the 15th instead of the 14th. The wrong arrangement was delivered. The delivery person was rude.

I was contacted by your customer service department and informed that since the delivery had been made only 50% of the purchase could be refunded. I advised that this was not acceptable. I was again advised this was all that could be done. They then asked if I wanted the 50% refund. I stated they could refund that amount if they wanted, but this was not acceptable, and that I have already contacted the credit card company and filed a dispute on the full charge of $91.94 and feel that this amount should be credited to my account.

I have just received a phone call from my daughter that was to receive the flowers stating the delivery person. David, form Enchanted Garden in Haslet, Texas had just called her on her job, was very rude (again), and argumentative with her. He told her the flowers were scheduled to be delivered on the 15th and they were. As you can see by the order confirmation below, this is incorrect. She informed him she had customers and did not have time to argue with him on her job, and that she would take this up with the manager or owner of the flower shop. He informed her that he was the owner. I feel it was very unprofessional of him to call her this way on her job. I am extremely disappointed with my first buying experience with Teleflora. There were several employees where I work that wanted to know when I selected Teleflora how it went, so they would know whether to try your service or not. My daughter works as a hairstylist and works with the general population every day. I am sure she will relay her experience as I will relay mine.

What I wanted originally was a full refund of the purchase price, which in this case, I don't believe was asking too much. What I want know is a full refund and an apology from the florist and from Teleflora.

My next step in this matter will be to report both to The Better Business Bureau and any other organization that I feel might be helpful or offer assistance in getting this matter resolved to my satisfaction.
