After a COMPLETE Run around... I was to be the recipient of a Mother's Day delivery, scheduled for Saturday, May 13... I FINALLY received a phone call on Wednesday, May 16 regarding a delivery that was NEVER MADE. The originator of the order was NEVER notified that the flowers were not delivered from the vendor, yet the company was very quick to charge the credit card!
After much discussion on Teleflora's practices, the originator of the order was told by Shantel at Teleflora that she would refund the credit card and an "Upgraded FREE delivery" would be done.
Black Eye Susan type flowers were the floral delivery Finally made on Friday, May 18... This is Teleflora's "Upgrade" from ROSES?!?!? I THINK NOT.
I would highly recommend finding a LOCAL FLORIST COMPANY on the interent, Deal with THEM DIRECTLY, DO NOT ORDER from these on-line florist companies... You never know how bad it's going to be...
