Do not order from proflowers! I placed the order for Valentines day 1 wk in advance, had to pay extra to gurantee that flowers will be deliver on the 14th.
On that day, 1:30pm, they send an email that say flowers can't be delivered. Seee email below. Imagine the damage that was done to me and my gf as everyone else in the office receive flowers except her, and it come 1 day after. How odd?
"Your Proflowers order scheduled for delivery on Valentine's Day, February 14th, was delayed and will not be delivered today. We understand the importance of delivering your gift on Valentine's Day and are very sorry for any disappointment this will cause you.
We will ship a fresh order to arrive on Wednesday, February 15th. We will also automatically refund all shipping charges that you paid on this order."
