Ripoff, takes your money sends trash accepts return and keeps money and badges refuses to return calls or mail or fax requests to resolve issue

I ordered a new badge from this company and paid by credit card. A badge arrived, my name misspelled and it was a joke of a badge.

I returned it, found another source and asked for a different badge in return with no name in place of the trash they sent me. It has been just short of a year.

When I call them they put me on hold and forget about me. Faxes, and letters sent certified, return receipt go totally ignored and unanswered.

This company is a scam and a rip off. They have NO customer service and refuse to even attempt to resolve the issue. Poor service to a law enforcement officer who would have purchased more badges and items there if they stood behind their products.

Clearly they don't care what officers think. I paid for a badge and got screwed by a rip off Florida company.
