I ordered several items from Entirely Pets totalling $263 and received a order confirmation on 9/6/05 with $21 as shipping. After several months of non-response to my emails, on 11/29 they asked for another $48 shipping which I paid. On 12/28 they asked for ANOTHER $38 shipping which I also paid. Total shipping $120 via USPS to Singapore, on a $260 order.
Order tracking showed shipment left SFO on 12/20 but I have not received shipment today. After checking with USPS, they asked me to contact shipper, which I did via numerouls emails to 'service' and 'sales' at Entirely/Healthy Pets.
After paying $350 I get nothing - ZIP products, ZIP response. If this is not RIPOFF, then what do I call this???
