I ordered a carrier to use for a trip I had in May (05) and paid extra for Priority 2-3 day shipping so I would have it in time.instead Healthypets shipped via another carrier and it took a week to get here. Because of this I had to go to a local pet store and buy a carrier for my trip.

When I returned I called healthypets.com and asked how to return an item. I did as I was told, and according to my tracking number the company recieved the carrier May 23rd! I called about 2-3 weeks later to see why I hadn't been refunded yet and I was told (after waiting a very long time) that they had just revieved the carrier THAT DAY! - even though that was obviously not true because my tracking number told me quite differently.

I have called 4-5 times to date (July 9th) and STILL have no credit to my account even though I have been promised one on several occasions. I have not had an answer to ANY of the emails I have sent over the past few months and ALL phone conversations end in them promising to credit my account - THAT NEVER HAPPENS!!!

They lie, they have poor customer service and when a company charges extra for a particular shipping service then they should ship the way in which the customer IS PAYING! Not how they feel like it. If they can't offer the service then don't offer it and accept money for it.in this case it was missleading and I thought I would recieve my item for a trip and in fact did not.

Below is a copy of the lower portion of my order form showing that they accepted money for a service (priority mail) and charged $4.85 for it. After this is the email I received when they shipped it, showing they used Fed Ex instead. NOT the 2-3 day service I was charged for! But of course the bigger issue is the $100 I haven't received as a refund!
