I was looking into mine and my husbands bill as to why it had went up some only to find that since 8/23/05 Intregel AKA American premium warehouse has been charging me 16.45 for voicemail i have voicemail through bellsouth for 4.95 a month in my plan. Then only to look a little bit futher i also have charges for ILD teleservices for 16.45 for internet service. Well i have dsl through bellsouth.
A total of 32.90 for services i have never asked for or authorized so who did bellsouth cause i sure as heck dont know ILD Teleservices started billing mr this month as of01/05/06. What the heck are employees at bellsouth doin. I will in my fullest power make sure this matter is taken care of. If anyone can help please let me know ASAP
