I had noticed mine and my husbands phone bill went up about fourty dollars and that something was not right. I did some researching on my phone bill and oh my gosh!!!
I have one charge for 16.45 for ILd teleservices for internet access. Well the thing is i have dsl through bellsouth and they are the idiots who let the charge go through. My phone bill says that ILd contacted Bellsouth and informed them that they are billing new services on my bill this month this charge posted on my account 01/05/06. I have tried to contact the company but it was saturday nor could i contact bellsouth but i did send them an e-mail and both of them will here from me Monday morning.
Also i have another charge on my account for a company called Americam premium Warehouse for voice mail service for 14.95 a month and the crazy thing is i have voicemail through bellsouth for 4.95 a month BUT the thing is they have been billing me since 8/23/05i tried to contact them to but of course it was saturday.
So between these two companies my bill went up 32.90 a month and what is bellsouth doin how am i supposed to run dsl and dial up internet service at the same time and why di i need two different voicemails? I only have one phone line. Bellsouth and these companies do not want to hear from me Please someone help
