I made a payment on 02/22 to american payment systems. Bellsouth said they never got the payment that was sent. The payment was posted to my old phone no. That i had with bellsouth 8 months agoso they siad. Bellsouth said that no. Never exsist. I faxed bellsouth a copy of my old phone bill with the no. On it and a payed reciept still no payment was posted. I called bellsouth several time they said we havn't recieved it, then the agent at the payment center talked to bellsouth while i was there, they claim to be looking into it. It's been three months now. I call bellsouth every otther day about this, they said were looking in to it. We havn't recieved it from the payment system i don't know what else to do can you all please help me?
