Last month I ordered bellsouth phone service and in just two hours it was cut-off. I called them to see what was wrong and I was told it had been cut-off as a resault of some unpaid bills on some other account in which I never had. I was told that the services had been installed at my adderss{which they were not}. I have lived in my home for years and I know what is installed and the phone numbers that I was billed for had never been nor ever will be at my address.
To say the least I have had a long month dealing with Bellsouth collections and their outside collections. The amount that Bellsouth is tring to steal from me is $1,500.42. This company even had the nerve to charge me the month I was out of service. Bellsouth has no idea how to run a phone company and if I had my way they would be in JAIL. {RUN-RUN-RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN}. This company needs to be punished to the fullest extent the law allows.in conclussion BELLSOUTH CAN BURN IN HELL!!!
