When I recived my phone bill of January 8, from Bellsouth. I noticed a charge of $13.34 from (ILD Teleservices, Inc.) with a service provider - (Nationwide Voice, LLC.) for a voice mail service. Billing Questions, call 1-800-466-4518. I called and got a recording to call back during regular business hours.
I then called a BellSouth rep. And explaining that I never authorized this charge. I was told this was some kind of internet survey to contact (Teleservices, Inc.) and have them send a credit to BellSouth. I said " That I did not do an internet servey but would call", not knowing I would never be able to talk to anyone.
I called the number given and got a recording to call back during regular business hours. I work regular business hours but found the time to call and got a recording to hold for the next avaliable rep. I was on line for 15 min and no answer; so I hung up! I tried this several times, on different days and times and recieved the same responce... Nothing! No one to talk to!
