Upon checking my at&t bill for august, i noticed a charge for voice mail service set fee, from your product bill... I called ILD teleservices (number listed on phone bill) and advised them i did not authorize voice mail activation with your product bill... They gave me the number for product bill, i called them, and they said my wife had authorized the service... I am the only one with the access code to make changes to our phone service... Product bill advised me i should see a credit in two months...
This is not the first time a company has tried bill me for something i didn't order for telephone service... It pays to check you statements every month
