I recently got my Dish Network bill and there were 5 different days on it that said porn ppv's were rented from our remote. I called them expecting them to talk like human beings to me and resolve this problem. I explained that we were not even home at some of the times these movies were rented, but they will not reverse the charges. Some days there were 4 of them. I was horrified at the way I was treated.in all, 16 movies have been rented, they will only take 4 of them off the bill. I have had the locks on my receivers and I am the only one that knows the password. This company just sat there and argued with me about the whole situation, without even listening to me. They blamed neighbors and my very young children for these rentals. I was extremely offended by the whole ordeal. I had directv for 7 years and was pretty happy with them, til one day a salesman talked me into switching to dishnetwork explaining that the bill would go down from what I was paying with directv and the service was better. So far (been with them for 5 months), I haven't seen any proof of any of it. I have wanted to get rid of it almost immediately, but they say I would have to pay a large fee for breaking an 18 month contract.in short, they have added 16 ppv adult movies to my bill at about $10 a movie and they will not take them off. Now I am stuck with them for 13 more months.
