I ordered flowers from urban florist after searching online for a local Riverside florist. The flowers arrived a week late. My dying brother thought it was some sort of a sick joke. They came in a box that was stamped all over with Inspected by Dept. Of Agriculture. They were dead so went directly to the trash can. The card was not readable so they had no idea who they weren't sent by. The next day they received a letter admonishing them for ordering flowers that were not legal to have in the states. What??? The credit card company would not reimburse us because we didn't have the flowers to give back.
I wish I had checked usacomplaints.com before ordering from these scam artists.
