I live in the remote mountains. I lost Directv signal every time the wind blew. I changed to Dish and then all of a suudden I have porn movie charges from 2009. What, all the times we rented Family movies and paid the next month, were included in the bill but porn movies don't? This is also about the time we had to get a new box. I gues the installer or his buddies had a good time on us!!! It is 2011 now and we changed to Dish (funny IT never goes out, no how hard the wind blows on the mountain). A week later we have a 59.00 bill for porn? I complained, my account is now in collections with CBE Group. My dish didn't even go out when we had 14 inches of snow! Can anyone help?
