My wife purchased a Watch for me as a xmas gift. It was received and there were several defects. Contacted seller on 1.3.2006 to report disatisfaction.
They tried to convince us to take it to a jeweler. We refused since it was supposed to be brand new, and told them we wanted a refund or at least a credit to pick out a new watch. We returned the watch to them using USPS and a tracking number as they directed. They told us over and over they would credit our account, which to date has not happened. They simply refuse to adress the issue.
In our last communication with them we advised we wanted a full refund and we were contacting our credit card company to dispute the charges. There resonse back was basically "Thanks and have a great day".
