Very unprofessional, refused to cancel my order then refused to refund my money Bankok Thailand

I purchased a watch from replicahause.com to give as an anniversary gift to my husband. I ordered the watch and received confirmation that my order was processed on Nov 28th. Two hours later, I received an email stating: "Your Order has Successfully been Processed and will be Shipped to you within few hours".
Not until Dec 1st did I receive an email with my tracking number. I checked the courier website daily for my tracking information but the site stated: "There is no information available for this shipment".
I emailed Alicia Jensen four times in 6 days and received no response. On the seventh day (the day before my anniversary), I sent an email stating I wanted to cancel my order since I received no response.
Two days later, I received an email providing me with a DIFFERENT tracking number and that I could be sure that it would arrive before Christmas. (Funny they only responded when I stated I wanted to cancel my order!) I responded and said that this was not a Christmas gift and I no longer wanted the item and to give me a refund, and again, no response for several days.
As advised by the US postal service, I refused the delivery and emailed Alicia Jensen again stating that I refused the package and that I wanted a refund, this was the response I received:
"Why did you Refuse the package? It was right at your Doorsteps and why did you Refuse it? We still do not have the package so the refund will not be possible.
Please be more Serious when purchasing over the internet because shipping is not FREE and every step costs Money and Due to your Stupidity we are now going to have to face this loss.

I do a large amount of ordering over the internet and never have I had a negative experience like this. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute this charge. This company is extremely unprofessional and I highly recommend that you DO NOT purchase anything from this company!
