Ripoff Did not send product I paid for

I ordered a DVD from this company over a month ago and they did not send it. They answered the first email inquiry I sent and told me to wait because it was probably delayed from the holiday. They have not responded to any subsequent correspondence. There is no phone number on their website. They are also selling illegal first run films.
