Chase violated an agreement i had with them on a billing date for my account. I was supposed to get a 0 % rate for a year.instead they said that my payment was late. Then they forgave that giving me a new billing date of the 6th of the month. I scheduled my payments ahead to be paid on that date. When my account was paid on that date, they said it was late, charged me a late fee, and raised my interest rate to 29%. So i paid off the account and closed it. I get a bill for 160 dollars. It is all late fees and finance charges on late fees. I thought i had paid this off and closed this account in september. Chase said i had not paid the payoff amount. They don't put it on the statement and they won't tell you on the phone. I have refused to pay the credit card charges. They are fraudulent in my view. This is all a matter of record.
